Amy Kellenberger – Founder
With more than 25 years of experience in Delaware real estate, Amy has helped hundreds of families buy, sell, downsize, settle estates, and navigate life's biggest transitions. Throughout her career, she recognized that many clients needed more than a REALTOR®—they needed someone they could trust to help prepare a home, organize belongings, coordinate donations, and ease the overwhelming process of moving.
That realization inspired the creation of Beach Sandcastles Caring Clean-Out Services—a company dedicated to helping families move forward with care.
When she's not helping clients, Amy enjoys spending time with her family and her four beloved Chihuahuas, who are always close by and never far from the action.
Ed Dee – Home Services Advisor
Ed brings decades of experience as a retired builder and licensed home inspector, providing valuable insight into every project. His knowledge of residential construction, property conditions, repairs, and home preparation helps families make informed decisions while ensuring each home is handled with professionalism and care.
Marty – Operations Manager
Marty's background in restaurant management taught him the importance of exceptional customer service, organization, leadership, and efficiency. As our Operations Manager, he oversees scheduling, logistics, equipment, technology, and the day-to-day coordination that keeps every project running smoothly.
Outside of work, Marty enjoys spending time with his Labrador Retriever, Buckley, and brings that same loyalty, patience, and dependable attitude to every client we serve.
